一个获取当天零点的函数，为什么添加空参数后会返回`Invalid Date`？

const toZero = () => new Date(new Date().toLocaleDateString());
toZero()
> Tue Apr 02 2024 00:00:00 GMT+0800 (中国标准时间)

const toZero = (time) => new Date(new Date(time).toLocaleDateString());
toZero()
> Invalid Date

const toZero = (time) => new Date(new Date(time).toLocaleDateString());
toZero(new Date())
> Tue Apr 02 2024 00:00:00 GMT+0800 (中国标准时间)

因为传入到 new Date() 里面的是 undefined。这样改写就好了

const toZero = (time = null) => new Date(new Date(time).toLocaleDateString());
toZero()
// Date Thu Jan 01 1970 00:00:00 GMT+0800 (中国标准时间)
